Welcome to Tiktok Templates for Business!

On this page you will find the ultimate guide for how to turn TikTok Trends into short-form videos that you can upload to: Reels, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube Shorts… and, of course, Tiktok.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • A TikTok Account (even if you don’t want to make this platform your focus)

  • A mobile phone tripod or steady surface to place it on.

  • An understanding of your ideal clients & their pain points.

  • Patience! Although I’m breaking these down for you, please know that you will get better at these the more you do them.

PLEASE BE SURE TO:

Go to the links I have provided for each sound.

  • The Tiktok ones go directly to the trending sound.
Please hit Save to Favorites so you can access it later.

  • The Instagram Links go to a trending example. You’ll be able to access the sound on the bottom left of the screen.

Save the song to your favorites.

This will ensure that your video is discoverable with the trending sound.

  • Please watch the examples to understand the format. Make a plan and film the video in one of the apps.

  • I recommend you make all of them in Tiktok. Before you post, screen record the video to avoid the watermark or use a 3rd party app to remove the warermark.

TRENDING SOUNDS FOR BUSINESS

STAY CALM - The Office

TYPE OF BUSINESS: Service or product-based business!

TONE: Lighthearted

THE POINT: Showcase something in your business that can increase rapidly.

Example: Sales, Orders, Store Opening, Event Starting, Something that you’ve been looking forward to, etc.

HOW TO: Think about something in your business that can get overwhelming. If you have a team working with you in office, USE THEM! If you don’t, that’s okay. You can show orders coming in on the screen, a printer going off with mailing labels, you working on a big order of paintings in time-lapse… anything that you have to “rush” to do.

This is one where you do not have to lip synch. You can use the beats in this sound to showcase a busy moment in your work.

MAKE SURE: That you are being clear that you are joking. By using a caption that says “The team 5 minutes before the bride is supposed to go down the aisle and no one is here.” or “When your Spring Collection sells out in 30 minutes.”

Full House Theme Song

TYPE OF BUSINESS: Any niche

TONE: Lighthearted

THE POINT: To introduce your audience to your team… or to show them that you’re an awesome Solopreneur!

LINKS TO SOUNDS: TIKTOK | REELS

HOW TO: Plan to showcase about 4-5 roles that are important in your business. The point of this is to copy the style of the classic 90’s TV intro where someone is caught mid-action doing what they do best. Have fun with it! The more detail the better. If you’re a solopreneur, change outfits or be very clear that you are performing a different role to drive the point home that it’s a different “character”.

MAKE SURE: That you have bold text with each character. “MEET THE TEAM” is a great way to get people to stay and watch tht video. The first 2-3 seconds should be that! Then move from job to job with clear text describing the role.

What did she say?

TYPE OF BUSINESS: Product or Service

TONE: Lighthearted

THE POINT: The trend is best used when you present a challenge that your ideal customer has, then when the beat drops from the side angle… you show how you/they can overcome with your service/product.

MORE EXAMPLES: Social Commentary | How-To Using Sound | Product-Based Business

HOW TO: From the frontward angle, set the timer to stop at the beat drop and record yourself falling backwards reaching out with one hand.

Switch the camera to a side angle, keeping the same arm out while leaning as far back as possible. Your attitude throughout the remainder of the recording will become increasingly triumphant.

MAKE SURE: That you include legible text in both “frames” that illustrate the opposing feelings once the problem being addressed in the video is overcome.

DANGEROUS

TYPE OF BUSINESS: Any business that features the founder or employees heavily on their feed.

TONE: Lighthearted

THE POINT: To show a human side to the business. We all get nervous sometimes, this is a way to connect and show your vulnerability while also leaving space to relate to your audience through the caption.

LINK TO SOUND: TIKTOK | REELS

EXAMPLES: Student at Laptop | Fitness Routine

HOW TO USE: Before the song hits the chorus (Dangerous) you want to set up an action that makes you nervous! Examples are: Launching a course, doing my first podcast, ordering a big bulk order for Spring, etc. THEN you’ll want to pick up a glass of water, a chapstick, or pen and have your hand shake the whole time while keeping your face neutral.

MAKE SURE: That it is very CLEAR what you are nervous about (aka CLEAR CAPTION) and that the action you are performing at the top of the scene is done before you hit the chorus.

Creep

TYPE OF BUSINESS: Product or Service

TONE: Lighthearted

THE POINT: To show something that you or your customers keep coming back to. Are you a coffee lover? Are your clients working on their fitness? Applying for jobs? Think of something they do over and over again and make this video a gateway to talk about it.

LINKS TO SOUNDS: TIKTOK | REELS

HOW TO USE: Set up a clear scene at the beginning with something that you or your client comes back to often (the subject). Is it the gym? The job listing board? Their online shopping cart? The fridge? It can be anything as long as it makes sense for your customer. You can show yourself mouthing the words while getting closer to the “subject” or you can film it from your point of view while getting closer to the “subject” of the video.

MAKE SURE: That the caption on the video is clear as to what you’re doing and why you keep coming back.

BONUS SOUND

Below are some more sounds that you can use as a trend or under your videos!

THIS to THIS to THIS - Use this video to highlight the process you go through to create your product or how your service helps people heal or grow through stages. (sound linked in title)

Examples: Conchas Boquet | Room Organizer

PRO TIP

ALWAYS USE A TRENDING SONG UNDER ANY VIDEO IN TIKTOK.

Just lower the volume to about 3-4%
